Chef Torrey Hall
Chef Hall grew up on Hawaii's Big Island and discovered his passion for cooking at a very young age.
At just fourteen years old, Hall began his life's work, starting out as a line cook in Kona.
He trained at the Culinary Institute in San Francisco and honed his craft in Maui, where his visions for Pacific beach cuisine took shape.
Combining his connection to the ocean and passion for his own garden, Hall is known as the 'Flyin' Hawaiin,' and has been described as "a fresh fish disciple with a mean spicy tuna roll and coconut-and-crab-crusted mahi mahi up his sleeve."
Hall worked at Spago's Maui and Vivace Four Seasons Aviara before taking a role as the Creative Chef at Pacific Coast Grill in Cardiff, CA.
He is currently the Chef/Partner at The Landing at Parker Creek on Lake Martin, AL.
Torrey runs the food truck with his wife, Emmy-winning sportscaster Jordan Whitley
